A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking.  For a one night stay, full payment is necessary upon booking.
Bookings are essential and can be made by email, booking form, phone, letter.  So please, don’t miss out- send a deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you must cancel your booking, we are usually happy to hold your deposit over for you to come and stay at a later date.   If you wish a refund of your deposit, then a small administration charge of $20 will be deducted to cover our costs.  However, if less than fourteen days notice is given, the full deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-let the retreat for the entire period of the cancellation with a booking of the same value.

Changes to confirmed bookings after arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full tariff of all days cancelled.
